WTS International
Selected To Manage
Buona Vita Club & Spa

At Treviso Bay

Naples, Florida   V.K. Development Corporation President, Sanjay Kuttemperoor, announced that WTS International of Rockville, Maryland has been selected to manage the 35,000 square foot Buona Vita Club & Spa at Treviso Bay, a 1,050 acre resort and golf lifestyle community being developed on Tamiami Trail one mile south of St. Andrews Boulevard in Naples. The Club & Spa is estimated to open in season of 2010.

"WTS International is a perfect match for the lifestyle we are creating at Treviso Bay," said Kuttemperoor. "Their experience in the management of luxurious club and spa facilities and their commitment to providing guests with a memorable experience are unparalleled. We recently opened 9 holes at the PGA TOUR TPC Treviso Bay Golf Course for limited members-only play and construction has started on the 58,000 square foot PGA TOUR TPC Clubhouse. Our preferred builders continue to open model residences in each of the community's neighborhoods. WTS International is already bringing the same attention to quality in every detail found throughout Treviso Bay."

Founded in 1973, WTS International is one of the world’s leading spa, fitness and recreation activities consulting and management firms. The company services spas, athletic and tennis facilities and leisure complexes of all types and sizes throughout the United States and internationally. WTS' clients include hotels and resorts, private golf and country clubs, high-rise luxury residential developments, office and mixed-use sites and master-planned community/recreation clubhouses. Recent additions to the WTS portfolio include the Tiwanee Resort in Anguilla, Caribbean; the Trump International Hotel & Tower properties in Las Vegas and Chicago; The Whiteface Lodge Resort & Spa in Lake Placid, New York; the Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville, Louisiana; Al-Hokair Half Moon Spa in Saudi Arabia; Clinique La Prairie in Miami; Hawk’s Cay on Duck Key, Florida; the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida; the Cipriani Club Residences in New York and Beverly Hills; Baccarat Wailea in Maui, Hawaii; and Hokuli'a n Kona, Hawaii.

WTS is committed to creating a world-class spa experience and that commitment is evident in its performance history. The firm views each client spa visit as an opportunity to escape into the world of personal wellness, enrichment, exploration and belonging. The spa becomes a place where each client is free to create their own private version of the good life. WTS believes people think and are drawn to elements of water and to nature – that there is a desire to reconnect to ideas of the sea, the forest and the mountains and to be immersed in and surrounded by them.

WTS will bring its unique approach to spa management to Buona Vita at Treviso Bay. The Spa has been designed as a tranquil oasis of renewal and fulfillment that will afford clients the opportunity to celebrate the effects of water and nature. The Club & Spa will offer an all-encompassing escape to a restorative retreat, including progressive treatment and goal-oriented wellness programs specifically planned to rejuvenate both body and spirit.

Each Buona Vita Spa guest will receive a personal consultation designed to ascertain specific treatment needs and preferences. Massage and bodywork, facials and steam and sauna sessions are just several of the services that will be offered. Each private treatment room will present a reflection pool that surrounds the entire treatment space. A couples’ treatment room and outdoor treatment cabanas will provide additional treatment settings that can be personalized to accommodate individual tastes. A state of the art skin care room will offer the latest in technology and a naturally inspired skin care line. Other highlights include a lap pool, yoga deck, Tai Chi lawn and a poolside labyrinth walk that will serve as either an introduction to the spa or as a delightful extension of the post spa experience.

The Club will include a 4,300 square foot fitness center, a 1,700 square foot Pilates and aerobics studio and a dedicated spinning area. Circuit training, sports conditioning and water aerobics and conditioning programs will be offered. Members may choose to work out individually or with a personal trainer, and then relax in the Florida sun at one of the Club’s tropical pools. A retail shop and organic snack and beverage wi-fi bar will also be included.

"The residents of Treviso Bay expect the best," said Kuttemperoor. "The combination of the PGA TOUR TPC Treviso Bay Golf Course and Clubhouse, the Buona Vita Club & Spa, the Odyssey Treviso Bay Marina Club, the tranquil setting adjacent to the Rookery Bay Reserve and the community's location will allow residents to experience every aspect of the lifestyle that makes Naples and Southwest Florida so appealing."

Qualified interior design firms will be invited to present their ideas for creating a luxurious and relaxing ambiance throughout the Club & Spa facility. Architect Matt Joyner, AIA will coordinate the presentation process over the next 60-90 days.

Located one mile east of St. Andrews Boulevard on US 41 just 10 minutes from the shops, galleries and eateries of Naples’ renowned 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street district, Treviso Bay will have approximately 1,200 residences upon completion. The community features Southwest Florida’s only PGA TOUR TPC Golf Course. The 58,000 square foot TPC Clubhouse is part of the PGA TOUR experience. Designed and built to tournament-hosting requirements, the Clubhouse will be managed by the PGA TOUR to the highest level of service. The Clubhouse amenities, from the locker rooms, to the dining rooms, to the Champions Room, are as stellar as the golf course itself. Creative haute cuisine or casual dining are found in the clubhouse dining and grill rooms. The clubhouse is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2009.

The Odyssey Treviso Bay Marina Club will provide limited dry dock storage for the community’s residents, lounge facilities and concierge launch service. Dock storage spaces will accommodate boats ranging from 25’ to 35’. Given the limited docking options in the Bay area, the Marina is a coveted amenity that will appeal to the adventurous sorts who appreciate the area’s azure waters, secluded island beaches, out-of-this-world fishing and distinctive marine life.

Treviso Bay offers an artful array of residential possibilities designed and built by a collection of preferred builders. A variety of neighborhoods, each with its own distinct ambiance and charm, provides a wide assortment of architectural and square footage options. The community’s neighborhoods include di Napoli coach homes by Taylor Morrison from $700,000; Via Veneto attached villas by R&D Companies from $745,000; Vercelli detached villas by Taylor Morrison from $925,000; Italia Grand Villas by R&D Companies starting at $1.799 million; Lipari 3,250 to 4,750 square feet single family executive semi-custom homes by McGarvey Custom Homes and Gulfshore Homes priced from $2.5 million; and Pavia 4,500 + square feet custom estate homes on half-acre plus home sites with lakefront and preserve views by McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes and Harwick Homes priced from $4.5 million.
